1. Introductory Provisions

Tyto obchodní podmínky upravují vztah mezi společností Auto-moto GARAGE s.r.o., IČO 23183985, DIČ CZ23183985, se sídlem Prosecká 848/97, 190 00 Praha 9, provozovna Masarykova 4, 411 56 Bohušovice nad Ohří, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Městským soudem v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 422856 (dále „prodávající“), a zákazníkem při využívání webu royalenfieldgarage.cz, poptávkách, testovacích jízdách a nákupu motocyklů a příslušenství.

Relationships not regulated by these conditions are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Information on the website and prices

• Information about motorcycles, equipment and photos are informative. The color may differ slightly from the photo.
• Prices are given in CZK including VAT. The price "from" is the price of the basic version; we will confirm the specific price in the offer or purchase contract.
• Promotional prices and discounts on stock motorcycles are valid for the period indicated with the promotion or until stocks last.
• We continuously update data on stock availability and delivery dates; We will confirm the binding date when ordering.
• The display of a motorcycle on the website is not a binding proposal to conclude a contract.

3. Inquiries and reservations

Sending the form (test ride, service, financing, interest in a motorcycle) is a non-binding request. We will usually get back to you within one business day. The date of the test drive or service is valid only after our confirmation by phone or e-mail.

4. Test drive

• The test ride is free of charge and is intended for familiarization with the motorcycle, not for sport riding.
• The driver must have a valid driver's license of the appropriate group and present a driver's license and proof of identity before driving.
• The driver follows the recommended route, obeys the rules of the road and the instructions of the GARAGE worker. The driver is responsible for offenses committed while driving.
• Damage to the motorcycle caused by violation of these rules or gross negligence is covered by the driver to the extent set by law.
• The seller can refuse or interrupt the ride if safety requires it (weather, driver's condition, technical condition).

5. Purchase of motorcycle and accessories

A purchase contract is created by signing a purchase contract or a binding order in GARAGE. It contains the specific price, equipment, date and method of delivery and any deposit. Ownership is transferred to the buyer upon payment of the full purchase price. We hand over the motorcycle in GARAGE with a document, instructions and service book.

6. Warranty and complaints

New Royal Enfield motorcycles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to the warranty conditions listed in the service book. The consumer always has at least statutory rights from defective performance of 24 months. You can make a complaint in person at GARAGE, by e-mail or by phone; we will handle it without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

7. Rental company

Motorcycle rental is governed by a separate contract and terms and conditions of the rental company at pujcovna.royalenfieldgarage.cz.

8. Dispute resolution

The consumer can file a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of the dispute with the Czech Trade Inspection, adr.coi.cz. Supervision over compliance with obligations is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection.
